Try Adding more effects and visuals on the enviroment. Get voice acting. Make the sequences shorter, much shorter. Also, make more face expressions on your character and it will maybe get better. I hope you don't take this criticism the wrong way. Thank you.

You have got a potential in the flash making stuff but please, stop That MUSIC! over and over again u switch music and it really ruins the feeling of watching, this looks like an unfinished version to me, do so, add voices and work out a better schedule for the music and maybe it will someday be a really good... Zeldapokemon flash or whatever you call it
